• Delivered 172,000 rsf office in Rosslyn, VA for the consolidation of the Deloitte Federal Consulting practice and the newly acquired components of BearingPoint’s Public Service group. In 90 days, completed select demolition, furniture densification, computer room construction and installation of cellular enhancement platform.
• Delivered 150,000 rsf, 1100 seat built-to-suit call center for GE Capital Services. Single point of contact for site selection, developer/contractor qualification, tax abatement and incentive programs, and coordination of critical to quality service providers.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
• Senior member of Deloitte Consulting’s Capital & Real Estate Transformation team in Washington DC. Responsible for staffing, managing, and developing talent in the region through mentoring, counseling and leading projects.
• Accountable for overall performance of 118 member Jones Lang LaSalle project management team on the Bank of America account. Responsible for resource planning, training, and career development, as well as staff compliance with human resource policies and requirements.

CONSULTING SERVICES
• Headed the development of Deloitte’s Greater Washington Real Estate Strategy, a strategic portfolio plan for 400,000 rsf of practice offices in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
• Identified > $20MM in savings opportunities for a top 5 domestic financial institution by identifying real estate portfolio consolidation opportunities, vendor management improvement practices, and a more effective and efficient service delivery model.
• Created an enterprise-wide sustainability strategy for a middle-market mid-western financial institution, in response to shareholder activism. Benchmarked competitor performance, engaged market stakeholders, and created a change management/communications strategy to establish social and environmental sustainability program.
• Developed a portfolio wide strategic growth and management plan for a private, mid-western university.
